Harry Lopez (@theharrylopez) is a personal and professional Success Coach and Entrepreneur. What is one strategy you recommend to your clients to help them focus?
I recommend Mindfulness - particularly box breathing, meditation, breathwork, EFT (emotional freedom technique) tapping, and somatic movement.
