Dr. Whitley Lassen

Dr. Whitley Lassen is a licensed clinical psychologist based in Boulder, CO, with over 15 years of experience specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, worry, phobias, and panic attacks. Her goal is to empower her clients to live without limitations through a combination of compassionate support and a direct approach. 

Dr. Lassen’s mission is to empower clients with the tools and strategies needed to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life. She provides high-quality, data-supported interventions to ensure effective care, working together with clients to set goals and measure progress, fostering a partnership in their therapeutic journey. Her aim is to help clients become their own therapist, equipped with the skills to manage symptoms independently.
