Treatment Approach
My work includes empowering clients to reconnect the mind and body, process sensations, and develop stories that allow them to reclaim their full selves and step into liberation. At the core of my work, I support clients in coming home to themselves.
I am heavily influenced by queer feminist, multicultural,& and shame resilience theories. I blend evidenced-based modalities based on individual need: CBT, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, IFS, Inner Child Framework, Family Systems Theory, Poly Vagal Theory, and Interpersonal Neurobiology.
